What are DTF transfers?
DTF transfers (Direct to Film) are high-quality heat press transfers that allow you to print full-color designs on t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.
What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?
DTF transfers don’t require screens, making them faster and cheaper for small runs. Screen printing is better for very large, bulk orders of the same design.
What’s the difference between DTF and DTG printing?
DTF transfers are printed on film and then heat pressed, while DTG prints directly on the garment. DTF is often more versatile and cost-effective.

We recommend PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI for the best quality. JPEG is not ideal since it often includes backgrounds.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large sheet (for example, 22x60 inches) where you can place multiple designs to save money and maximize space.
What sizes of gang sheets do you offer?
Our most popular sizes are 22x24, 22x36, 22x60, and 22x120 inches. The larger the sheet, the better the value.
What if my file isn’t 300 DPI?
Lower resolution files can result in blurry prints. Our team will review your file and let you know if adjustments are needed before printing.
Do you fix designs if something is wrong?
Yes, we provide basic file checks. If your file needs editing, we can assist or guide you.
Application & Press Settings:
What heat press settings do you recommend?
Press at 300–325°F for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel warm for best results.
Can I print on dark garments?
Yes, DTF transfers work on both light and dark fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
Quality & Durability:
Will DTF transfers crack or fade after washing?
No. When applied correctly, DTF transfers are durable and last 50+ washes without cracking or fading.
